The collections
The museum is mainly dedicated to Spanish art. Highlights of the museum include collections of Spain's two greatest 20th-century masters, Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. Hours
Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00. Sunday 10:00 to 14:30. Closed Tuesday, and on 1 and 6 January, 1 May, 15 May, 9 November, and 24, 25 and 31 December. Confirm on www.museoreinasofia.es before you travel.
Admission
12 euro general admission. Entry is free in the last two hours each open day, from 19:00, and on Sunday from 12:30. A ticket is still needed during the free hours. If you have booked online, the museum recommends entering by the Edificio Nouvel on Ronda de Atocha 2.
