The Constitution of 3 May 1791 is an 1891 oil painting on canvas by the Polish artist Jan Matejko. It is a large piece, and one of Matejko's best known. The Romantic painting memorializes the Polish Constitution of 3 May 1791, a milestone in the history of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and a high point of the Polish Enlightenment.

Rejtan, or the Fall of Poland is an oil painting by the Polish artist Jan Matejko, finished in 1866, depicting the protest of Tadeusz Rejtan against the First Partition of Poland during the Partition Sejm of 1773. Tadeusz Rejtan was a member of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth's Sejm, known for his opposition to the First Partition of Poland in 1773 by physically trying to prevent delegates from leaving the chamber to stop the ratification of the partition. The Sejm was heavily influenced by foreign powers, with delegates being bribed or threatened, while Russia, Prussia, and Austria justified their annexation of Polish territory as a response to the internal conflicts of the Bar Confederation.

The Girl in a Picture Frame is a 1641 oil on panel painting by the Dutch artist Rembrandt. It is also known as The Jewish Bride and The Girl in a Hat. With The Scholar at the Lectern and Landscape with the Good Samaritan, it is one of three Rembrandt paintings in Polish collections. It is now in the Royal Castle in Warsaw.

Stephen Báthory at Pskov or Báthory at Pskov is an allegorical historical painting from 1872 by the Polish artist Jan Matejko, now in the collections of the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland. It portrays a fictional event of people of the Russian tsar Ivan the Terrible kneeling before the Polish king Stephen Báthory at Pskov during the final period of peace negotiations at the end of the 1578-1582 Livonian campaign.

Closed Monday, and closed on New Year’s Day, Epiphany, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Labour Day, Corpus Christi, All Saints’ Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Admission
60 zł for the Museum Route or the Royal Route, 95 zł for both together, 30 zł for the Palace Route, 110 zł for all exhibitions. Free on Wednesday, when a special route applies.
